Ashwin Bodalia is an example of a great work ethic and technical skill. While never working directly under or above him, I experienced his excellent follow-up and problem solving skills on a regular basis. He always worked fervently to ensure my many issues reached resolution, even following up with tasks assigned to his team members needed. He would also check in on issues that had already been resolved, to make sure all solutions were final and complete.

Specific examples of his work are as follows:
Ashwin and I worked closely together, often pairing with other teams to allow my team to process credit cards through our main business operating platform, Oracle. He was persistent and developed the process to successfully execute card payments, and my team and others use still use this today.
Showing me how to efficiently handle customer item cross-reference items, and add new items to our operating platform. Any questions I had, he addressed quickly.
Worked programming to have account specific notes added through our operating platform. Ran testing and confirmed that orders were coming through properly before moving the changes to production.

Overall, my experience working with Ashwin was very positive and I would say my colleagues thought the same!
